- The warranty period is specified by the manufacturer or by the seller.
- The warranty period for technically complex devices, including ONYX eReaders, is 1 year.
- The warranty period for accessories (batteries, power units, cables, etc.), for peripherals and other accessories is 6 months.
- The warranty period starts from the date of handover of goods to the consumer. If the day of goods handover cannot be determined, the warranty terms start from the date of production of these goods.
- The warranty repair of products is performed for free within all the warranty period in authorized service centers.

The warranty repair is not performed in cases of violation of service conditions of goods by the consumer described in user's manuals, in cases of mechanical damage, presence of water and other liquids, in cases of breaking warranty seals of devices and in other cases of usage, transportation and storage described on the warranty card of the item.
In the case if the defect is recognized as that one covered by warranty, our company will compensate to the customer all the expenses for sending the device to the service center.
Delivery of goods for repair is made to the address of the service center or to the address of our logistics partner in Riga.
