The warranty repair is not performed in cases of violation of service conditions of goods by the consumer described in user's manuals, in cases of mechanical damage, presence of water and other liquids, in cases of breaking warranty seals of devices and in other cases of usage, transportation and storage described on the warranty card of the item.
In the case if the defect is recognized as that one covered by warranty, our company will compensate to the customer all the expenses for sending the device to the service center.
Delivery of goods for repair is made to the address of the service center or to the address of our logistics partner in USA.
