Payment with a credit card
You can pay your order by your credit card. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for payment.
PayPal
When you place an order with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal website. There you will then need to login with your PayPal username and password.
Shipment is made after receiving money onto the account of the seller.
Wire Transfer
You can pay for your order by transferring money to our bank account.
Invoice
Payment can be made according to the invoice by transferring money via any Bank by bank details specified in the invoice. To receive the invoice, please, send your request to shop@onyxboox.com.
VAT and Invoicing
The price of goods shown on our website does not include VAT and fees.
Upon receipt of the goods you may have to pay local VAT and customs taxes. No VAT is levied when purchasing ONYX BOOX on the territory of the USA.
Shipping
Delivery is made by Fedex, UPS, DHL. The shipping cost is added to the invoice while ordering basing on a specified country of the addressee. Delivery time depends on the address of the addressee and can comprise from 5 to 7 business days. Accessories for ONYX BOOX are shipped by USPS.
Warranty
- The warranty period for technically complex devices, including ONYX eReaders, is 1 year.
- The warranty period for accessories (batteries, power units, cables, etc.), for peripherals and other accessories is 6 months.
